Job Description
Review client account opening documents, conduct due diligence, classification management, and anti-money laundering checks.
Handle clients' daily notifications, business inquiries, and complaints or suggestions.
Process various daily business applications from clients.
Maintain client information and account status.
Manage client account relationships and tax identity.
Monitor abnormal client transactions.
Keep records of client account information and business processing.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics or related majors.
At least 2 years of customer service experience in financial institutions.
Priority given to candidates who have passed the HKSI examination and obtained a licensed representative qualification for futures or securities from the Hong Kong SFC.
Strong communication, adaptability, and service awareness; familiarity with FATCA/CRS operations is preferred.
Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office software.
Good command of spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Officer.

客戶異常交易的監控。

部門安排的其他工作。
任職要求
金融、經濟類或相關專業本科或以上學歷。
2年或以上金融機構客戶服務工作經驗。
通過HKSI考試，獲得香港證監會期貨或證券持牌代表資格者優先。
有較強的溝通能力、應變能力及服務意識，熟悉FATCA/CRS業務者優先。
具有較強電腦操作和Office軟體運用能力。
具有良好的英語會話及書寫能力，能流利的廣東話和普通話優先。
經驗較淺的候選人將被考慮為客戶服務主任。
