Assistant Manager, Registry & Projects (Hong Kong Art School)
Assist superior to manage the overall registration-related matters and specified School projects.
Support School management team in the School governance processes.
Coordinate and support the quality assurance and accreditation processes of the School.
Oversee and administrate the scholarship and sponsorship.
Work closely with different teams to ensure the messages to alumni and students are well delivered and cascaded.
Coordinate annual cycles of School gallery exhibitions from start to finish including managing open call, arranging selection panel, handling artist liaison, assisting in installation/dismantling, cost management etc.
Collaborate with marketing team for School’s events and/or exhibitions as needed.
Promote and manage the library as a learning environment and public space for staff members, students and the Hong Kong Arts Centre community.
Provide operational support to School functions and events whenever appropriate.
Attend School committee’s meetings if necessary.
Any duties as assigned by superior.
