Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience:
Ensure guests receive outstanding service and have memorable dining experiences.
Address customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
2. Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Schedule shifts and manage team performance to maintain high productivity and morale.
3. Operations Management:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
4. Financial Oversight:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors.
5. Quality Assurance:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of food presentation and service.
Collaborate with chefs to plan and update menus.
Requirements
Minimum 2years’ experience in the same role within a fine dining restaurant setting is required, lesser experience will be considered as Supervisor.
Good Supervisory and leadership skills, and able to monitor all juniors and casual workers.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work within a team.
Excellent judgment, problem-solving and ability to handle complaints and comments.
Hong Kong resident only.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
