Job Description - Assistant Manager - Group Customer Ecosystem and Relationship Management (2300003X) Job Description Assistant Manager - Group Customer Ecosystem and Relationship Management - ( 2300003X ) Role And Responsibilities Formulate and deliver CRM strategy, customer life journey and loyalty program for a sustainable member and business growth; Manage end-to-end CRM programs to drive member acquisition, retention and cross-selling, from pre-campaign planning, execution, data tracking and post-campaign evaluation; Work closely with analytics team to identify business opportunities and drive business initiatives; Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support the enhancement of CRM system projects; Optimize the customer journey for seamless experience through process enhancements automation and digitalization; Conduct survey to gather VoC for improving member experience and identifying cross sell opportunities; Identify and develop strategic partnerships for the loyalty program Support day-to-day membership operation including supervise the hotline service and club administrative work; Responsible for ad-hoc CRM events or projects as assigned Requirements University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline; Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in in CRM, Marketing, Loyalty Program Management in Real Estate, Retail, Loyalty Club, etc; Knowledge and experience in digital innovation including marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred; Good interpersonal and presentation skills with analytical mindset. Able to translate data into actionable consumer insights; Self-motivated, result oriented with good time management skill; Practical experience Good communication and project management skills Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
