Job Duties Manage a team of business analysts to support the project development, testing and implementation; Liaise with internal and/or external project teams to support project implementation and problem resolution to ensure smooth delivery of the projects; Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, system design and analysis, development, testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance; Drive and lead business solution design to align business, operational, security and regulatory requirements; Investigate, trouble-shooting and resolving reported system issues. Job Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or related disciplines; A minimum of 3 years’ experience; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good experience in life insurance industry, familiar with policy administration process is preferable; Good knowledge of insurance operation / procedures is preferable; Able to work under a dynamic environment and multi-tasking; Good in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; Good team player and willing to learn; More experience candidates will be considered as Team Lead.
