Responsibilities: Formulate sales strategies for the Company Nature and build the existing insurance portfolio Prospect partner's client and explore their commercial insurance needs to develop effective solutions and achieve business targets Build relationship with and provide coaching to partner's relationship managers to solicit general insurance business Formulate, evaluate and roll-out the procedures for improvement and best fit the strategy of the Company Handle general insurance business enquiry including product features, terms and conditions from clients referred Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and prepare insurance quotations, and follow-up on renewal business Provide quality post-sales services to clients To assist in ad-hoc duties when required Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business or related disciplines Professional qualifications such as ANZIIF or Senior ANZIIFMinimum 3 to 5 years of similar managerial experience A team-oriented individual who can be multi-task, handle press and tight schedules Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English Immediate available is preferred Less experiences will be considered as Senior Account Executive
