Client Description Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company Job Description Deliver corporate marketing communications materials including leaflet, factsheet, e-catalog, premium or any other sorts of format by liaison with agencies/vendors in a timely manner. Work closely with channel anchors regarding all marketing communications, digital campaigns and promotion-related requests and events. Plan, manage and lead customer events including seminars, launch events and lifestyle events. Manage and ensure smooth event and projects executions and logistics. Conduct post event evaluations, analyze and report based on the defined key performance indicators. Manage and execute digital marketing projects to ensure their timely and effective delivery. Create content, implement and manage digital marketing platforms for effective customer engagement. Digest abundant company information and summarize it into product presentations, sales tools, corporate announcements or specific formats as per the request. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet specific requirements. Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and reinforce the corporate brand values. Manage corporate P&P budget in accordance with company procedures/policies. Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence skills to gain credibility with, and drive decision-making from, senior leadership and stakeholders across the company. Job Requirements University graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally having worked for an IT or Telecommunications company and had involvement with or developed a good understanding of general telecommunications or mobile services. Proficiency in project management, marketing collaterals production and event management, with a good commercial sense and strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. Proficient with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and Chinese word processing and presentations are a must. Passionate about digital marketing and knowledge about social media platforms is an advantage. Able to deliver high quality work under limited time and resources. Strong communication skills to effectively manage activities within diverse and cross-functional groups, including outside vendors. Social media literate and understanding of Google Analytics is a plus.
