Job Description: Responsibilities: Manage and process sales opportunities received from various channels, ensuring proper assignment to the distribution teams for follow-up.
Handle inquiries from distribution partners and internal stakeholders promptly and effectively.
Prepare and maintain regular reports to monitor sales opportunity performance across channels, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the manager and stakeholders.
Support the execution of customer-facing campaigns and promotional activities under the guidance of the Team Lead.
Create and analyse campaign tracking reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Provide administrative support, including sourcing gift rewards, managing inventory, and distributing coupons.
Organize and support onsite events with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications: Higher Diploma or above qualification Fresh graduates with a keen interest in starting a career in the insurance industry are welcome Previous experience working with insurance agents or in back-office roles is a plus Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and share ideas Strong ability to work with data, create reports, and extract meaningful insights Excellent team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt across a diverse workload Good verbal and written communication skills About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
