Create compelling and localized content (visuals, videos, captions) that resonate with respective audience. Monitor community engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage paid advertising campaigns where appropriate. Track analytics and report on KPIs to optimize digital presence and performance. Event Marketing Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotional activities (e.g. tenant collaborations, pop-up markets or events) across property projects. Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor sourcing and on-site execution. Liaise with tenants to align event promotions and drive mutual benefits. Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and prepare post-event reports. General Marketing Support Assist in preparation and execution of marketing materials for sales launches and promotional events. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials. Requirements Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.1–2 years in marketing, preferably in digital advertising, real estate, or event management. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and Hong Kong digital landscape. Excellent project management and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics is preferred. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer. Successful candidate will be appointed on 1-year contract terms. Renewal of the contract will be subject to the operational needs and the performance of the candidate.
