Key Responsibilities
As a People & Culture Assistant Officer, you will be an important partner in driving our people agenda and supporting a positive, engaging, and growth-oriented workplace. You will work closely with internal teams to support Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and employee development initiatives. Your proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills will help strengthen organizational effectiveness and deliver a meaningful employee experience.
Maintain accurate HR records and compile management reports on staffing trends, organizational changes, and workforce metrics to support data-driven decisions
Prepare headcount, turnover, and deep-dive analysis reports to provide meaningful insights into workforce planning
Provide Talent Acquisition support, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruitment documentation, and hiring logistics
Support the planning and coordination of training programs, ensuring effective communication with participants and smooth execution
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering teams on HR initiatives and projects aligned with business goals
Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures, HR compliance materials, and related documentation to maintain alignment with policies and best practices
Requirements
Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline; strong data analytics capability is an advantage
1-2 years of HR-related experience in sizable companies, fresh graduate will be considered
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proactive, a good team-player with strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented
Immediately available is highly preferred
