About Our Client Our client is a leading multinational retailer with a strong presence across APAC. To support its regional finance transformation agenda, the company is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Finance PMO team in Hong Kong. This role will focus on finance transformation, project management, and process optimisation across the region. Key Responsibilities Drive and coordinate regional finance transformation initiatives, ensuring project timelines, milestones, and governance standards are met. Track project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and prepare regular updates for management and key stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, monitor action items, and ensure alignment across finance and cross‑functional teams. Review existing finance processes and workflows, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and internal controls. Support initiatives such as process redesign, vendor management, and system or tool rollouts. Consolidate business and user requirements, support UAT activities, prepare training materials, and assist with end‑user adoption. Develop or enhance Alteryx workflows to support automation and reporting needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Maintain clear and up‑to‑date documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and workflow guides. Provide general PMO support to the Finance PMO Manager as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.7+ years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, project management, or process improvement roles. Hands‑on experience in system implementation, workflow redesign, or finance transformation projects is highly preferred. Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel skills; exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, or Visio is an advantage. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
