Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure high quality of guest service
Monitor team performance, reinforcing service standards through consistent monitoring and hands‑on coaching
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Report market trends and competitor analysis to manager to support strategic planning and promotional initiatives
Perform all other duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience in Food & Beverage operations
Exhibit excellent communication skills, a customer‑oriented mentality, self‑confidence, and an energetic work approach
Demonstrate maturity, diligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure, while also showcasing a proactive, positive attitude, self‑motivation, and strong team leadership skills
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
