They are seeking a dedicated Assistant/ Reward Manager to join our HR team in Hong Kong. This is a pure reward-focused role, centered on managing and optimizing the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) policies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive C&B policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures, including salary surveys, incentive programs, and benefits packages.
Collaborate with HR partners and senior leadership to advise on reward strategies that support talent management and organizational goals.
Manage annual compensation reviews, merit increases, and promotions, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with local labor laws (e.g., Employment Ordinance).
Analyze and report on reward metrics, providing insights to drive data-informed decisions on C&B enhancements.
Support ad-hoc projects, such as mergers/acquisitions integration or global reward harmonization if applicable.
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration At least 5-7 years of experience in a dedicated rewards or C&B role, preferably within a multinational or Hong Kong-based organization.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws, MPF schemes, taxation on benefits, and regional market compensation trends.
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP Success Factors) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
