Responsibilities Lead Card Acquisition team to design and implement the strategic plan to grow business of credit card Drive card acquisitions with diversification of acquisition channels and via partnership with external parties to enhance business profitability and growth Identify and penetrate new market segments through tailored marketing initiatives to optimize asset growth and strengthen brand positioning of the products Broaden the cardholder base and diversify portfolio mix to maximize cross-selling opportunities and revenue streams Manage and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) channels to enhance cost efficiency in credit card acquisition Utilize customer segmentation to increase the effectiveness of acquisition channels, campaigns, and cross-selling actions Liaise with external partners and merchants to provide special privileges and joint promotions for card acquiring and spending programs Monitor trends in card sector and explore opportunities for cross-selling and collaboration synergy Requirements University degree holder in marketing or business administration or related disciplines At least 8 years of experience in credit card and financial industry, including at least 5 years of management experience Relevant experience in product development, project management and marketing communication is preferable Knowledge in card operations is an advantage Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, Power Point and Chinese / English word processing Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese This is a very rewarding and exciting opportunity.
