The successful candidate will assist in managing key operational functions, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Assist the Director in managing functions such as static data administration, post-trade processing, settlement, cash management, and nominee services. Review and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Provide support to Front Office and Business Teams on operational inquiries and issues. Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve operational problems promptly. Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. Lead process automation initiatives to streamline workflows. Participate in the development and launch of new products and processes, ensuring proper controls and resources. Support system enhancements through user acceptance testing and deployment. Manage team performance and foster a professional work environment. Prepare management reports and conduct analyses as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. At least 7 years of experience in securities brokerage and wealth management. Strong knowledge of securities processing systems (e.g., CCASS, DCASS, Euclid, CMU, CMT). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Project management skills and advanced IT knowledge are preferred. Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), both written and spoken.
