Responsible for designing, managing, and implementing end-to-end product operation policies and processes to ensure effective adherence to relevant policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks for robust compliance. Key Responsibilities Support the Line Manager in delivering business strategy and outcomes based on standard metrics/scorecards, without compromising risk control and governance. Familiarize with Wealth business risk control frameworks during the transformation of WS COO team functions and be responsible for achieving WS COO objectives. Assist product teams in overseeing system/digital initiatives and change management to ensure flawless execution and compliance. Represent WS COO in engaging key stakeholders, including 2nd and 3rd lines, to ensure alignment on governance and control standards regarding project delivery and incident management. Support the development of a product sales compliance culture through idea sharing and proactive actions. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a strong control environment across HK WM businesses.
