About the Role Oversee company events and conventions to facilitate effective engagement to agency force.

Lead the team to design marketing leading experiences with business impact.

Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the session head, lead and supervise the team to ensure event and oversea conventions implement optimally from end-to-end.

Formulate annual planning and strategic focuses of events to actively engage target audience.

Plan and design market leading experiences tie-in with business focuses, establish the core framework for effective engagement through events and conventions.

Work with senior management to ensure the core focuses and strategy align with the expectation.

Manage and coordinate with various key stakeholders to coordinate on different projects and event.

Facilitate and engage team to formulate out-of-box ideas on various events implementation.

Evaluate campaigns and projects efficiency to establish solution for future improvement.

Coach and develop team members on project management.

Budget management and planning Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements: University graduate of Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent 8-10 years' relevant experience in Marketing, Events and MICE.

Experienced in insurance or financial industry with consistent track record in managing a team or session.

Experience working with top management Creative thinking and willing to take-on new challenges, with the ability to develop innovative approach on various projects implementation.

Strong business sense and corporate mindset, able to prioritize team focuses with company KPIs.

Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, teamwork and communication skills Strong leadership and team management skills, able to empower and lead the team to achieve market leading standard.
