As an Employee Relations Consultant in a team of 5, you'll report into our Regional Employment Relations Lead with a matrix report to the Regional Head of Human Resources and Global Head of Employment, and work within a supportive and high performing Human Resources team.

What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility You will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive Employee Relations services directly to the business including strategic employee relations advice, employment documentation, regional HR policies and processes, restructures and mergers and acquisitions.
You will also be responsible for supporting employment-related litigation and employment legal risk management within established governance frameworks, including partnering, when necessary, with our Conduct Risk and Compliance teams in respect of employee conduct data analysis and review.
In addition, you will be required to work closely with the HR Business Partners and Country HR teams to assess and respond to Employee Relations matters.
What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Legal qualification preferred)• Proven experience in employee relations, preferably from the Financial Services industry• Practical knowledge of providing Employee Relations advice to a number of different markets in Asia with an ability to show good judgement including balancing commerciality with risk management• A solutions-focused approach, sensitivity and diplomacy• An ability to gain and maintain credibility and trust with all levels of employees including senior management.
