Job Description: The Associate Director, Agency Management will be an important role in driving the growth of SLHK agency force, with a focus on MCV development.
He or she will work closely with the AVP, Agency Management to recruit agency leaders and advisors, supervise and manage the corresponding business portfolio, monitor the manpower and business quality, strategize the recruitment package and compensation according to the industry trend and market intelligence, liaise and coordinate with various departments and functions on business governance, support and empowerment.
Performing in this role requires strong business acumen and excellent understanding in the agency channel, and MCV business model in Hong Kong.
He or she needs to have strong industry network, business drive and strategic focus on achieving business targets, good organization and problem solving skills to perform seamless execution on agency business initiatives, handle complexity and stakeholder management in different level.
Responsibilities 1.
Driving MCV Agency Setup and Manpower Expansion Execution of MCV Agency recruitment initiatives including organization of corresponding recruitment events, activities, incentive campaigns and promotion initiatives Review and facilitate the approval of recruitment files and ensure the selection process for identifying quality recruits Evaluate the corresponding recruitment package regularly and enhance according to the market trend as well as MCV advisor needs for maximizing the motivation and business deliverables Establish efficient IANG recruitment program and campus recruitment initiatives to build solid pipeline for MCV organic recruitment 2.
Create MCV Sales Proposition and Achieving Sales Deliverables Work closely with Product, Operations and Marketing team to develop efficient MCV sales proposition and created platform and support for attracting this specific market segment Develop efficient program together with the training team or industry consultants to uplift the overall capabilities of SLHK agency on connecting, reaching out and capturing marketing opportunities focusing on MCV client needs and characteristics Provide sales support and motivation to MCV agency teams, formulate specific sales promotion initiatives, incentive program and support 3.
Perform as a Communication Bridge between Company and MCV Agencies Communicate regularly and timely with MCV agency leaders and advisors on all agency-related issues, recruitment initiatives, client promotion, agency incentives, marketing campaigns, operation enhancement, product roadmap etc Being the key person and contact point for MCV business related issues and represents MCV perspective during the collaboration with other agency supporting functions as well as other departments Actively collect feedback from MCV agency leaders and key advisors, raise and propose potential enhancement and new initiations for achieving business objectives and capturing new market opportunities 4.
Maintain MCV Agency Momentum and Engagement as well as Quality Assurance Ensure agency aligning with company's mission, vision, value and strategy Ensure compliance of industry requirements and guidelines, and company's rules and practices Ensure effective communication and relationship between Company and MCV agency force by regular interaction with all levels of managers and advisors Ensure high engagement level of MCV agency force and organize recognition and motivation events according to their performance and achievement Review the sales progress with MCV agency teams and organize specific agency initiatives including outreach activities, lead generation campaigns, sales challenges and motivational events Requirements Bachelor Degree holder At least 8 years' agency sales and business development experience, with focus on MCV segment In-depth understanding of sales within the insurance industry, sales trends, manpower flow, new product development and market intelligence, especially in MCV market specific perspective Strong ability to create sales and marketing drives for MCV market segment, able to build up and boost the overall sales and recruitment capabilities of the MCV agency force MCV market related working experience preferred Good understanding and network related to the MCV market need in Hong Kong, the latest industry trend and development in China insurance industry as well as GBA related policies and business opportunities Extensive networking and interpersonal skills in insurance market Strong project management, problem solving and stakeholder management skill Outstanding presentation and communication skills Fluent in Mandarin (both speaking and writing) and English Job Category: Channel Management Posting End Date: 30/12/2024
