Position Description Responsible for supporting the CLSA Capital Partners management team in the Strategy & Business Development activities of the CLSA Capital Partners alternative investment management business.

This position will be hired in Hong Kong and marketing/ investor relations related business trips are expected as normal working model.

Key Areas of Responsibilities Take an important role for the fund raising campaign for CLSA Capital Partners’ alternative investment strategies Maintain effective relationship with primary market target clients Group cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within CLSA Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities Take business trips for business development Requirements Master degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business with at least 6 years of work experience in financial industry Prior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plus Previous/existing SFC license holder Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organization Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills Native in Mandarin and proficient in English, Cantonese is a plus Ability to work independently and a good team player Visa sponsorship is available for the suitable candidate CLSA may collect personal data from you for purposes relating to your engagement with the Company, including human resource management and other business and internal / external compliance purposes.
