The Associate Specialist / Specialist, Ticketing Services position is responsible for the exciting behind-the-scenes functions that keep the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort operating effectively. This position is responsible for the product development of complex Hong Kong Disneyland products related to Galaxy, including, but not limited to, bundle sales on tickets, meals, and special experiences. The position requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to provide deliverables with high-quality standards within tight schedules. Responsibilities Perform the product development related to Galaxy including but not limited to ticket codes (PLU), access control, access calendar, prices, discount, sales programs, etc. The product on Galaxy does not limit on park admission, it also includes F&B coupons, F&B table dining sales, special merch items, special event admission (Magic Access sales events), Special experiences (Disney Tours), etc. Be the advisor to other relevant teams on the transaction flows in Galaxy and the related systems/platforms (e.g. OLS, OLT, OTE, Entitlement, etc.)Develop the transaction process flow related to Galaxy to ensure accuracy and efficiency and manage the user experience on the user menu. Be the SME Trainer to all Galaxy users and prepare the training materials. Requirements Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Tourism, Operation Management, and Industrial Engineering related disciplines. Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge in hotel and ticketing system would be an advantage. Knowledge in Galaxy, Opera, and Business Objects (BO) are required. Independent, demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated with excellent partnership, interpersonal and communications skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for identifying creative solutions. High integrity and uphold confidentiality. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese. Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Associate Specialist, Ticketing Services position.
