Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing financial statements of listed issuers to identify potential significant non-compliance with accounting, auditing and financial disclosure requirements
Assist in drafting documents and correspondences including enquiry letters and internal reporting documents
Provide assistance in ad hoc or policy development projects assigned by supervisor
Provide accounting or other professional support to the work of the Listing Division
Requirements
Qualified accountants with a minimum of 4 years working experience. PRC accounting and auditing experience is an advantage
Experience that demonstrates working knowledge of the requirements of HKFRS/IFRS Accounting Standards, and understanding of the Listing Rules including underlying principles and published interpretations
Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
