Job Summary As part of the Private Banking Business Support Team in GCNA, this role is responsible to enable the Front Office to deliver first-class experience for our Pv B clients and prospect, across all aspects of the relationship in a proactive, coordinated, and innovative approach. Responsibilities Provide extensive quality administrative and IT support to Pv BProcess invoices daily to avoid delay of payments Support staff onboarding & offboarding administrative items Provide office admin support including but not limited to Stock check and replenish stationeries/ pantry supplies/papers and toners for MDF/ marketing material/ collaterals/ forms Prepare reports, assist to order and replenish, liaise with vendors for maintenance of equipment/marketing material, assist in seat relocation, set up/dismantle Multi Function area for training and event Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
