Associate - Corporate Finance and M&A Execution Overview A well-established global bank is seeking to hire an Associate - Corporate Finance and M&A Execution. Role Responsibilities Support senior bankers for origination and execution of the Bank's activities across Asia in the area of Corporate Finance and M&A execution with the Bank's key corporate clients. Contribution to the P&L through synergy profit generation. Arranging or executing deals for the Bank's core corporate clients. Develop internal stakeholder relationships with the Corporate Banking Relationship Managers. Contribute to the deal flow generation by tracking the M&A activity in the region and presenting ideas and pitches. Support the managers of the team in the execution of corporate finance transactions. Preparation of pitch books. Requirements Academics from a reputable university.3-4 years of experience in the origination and execution of corporate acquisition financing and/or LBO financing. Strong mathematical and financial modelling skills with ability to execute deals from start to end and experience across the whole credit process including credit analysis and modelling. Familiar with legal (term sheet and documentation). Involvement in transactions within a wide range of business industries and geographical regions. Good understanding of capital market products, syndication, and ratings. Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
