In the coming years HKEXs data product offering will grow exponentially, and we are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals with a thirst for learning and a drive to succeed in the competitive world of financial data product.

Job Duties: Responsibilities:• Assist Product Managers in taking new data products to market and collaborate across various teams and stakeholders throughout the product cycle.• Leverage research and analysis of competitor products, peer performance and the industry landscape to present data and insights that will drive product decisions.• Assist in engagements with various third-party partners.

Among other responsibilities this will include first line support and facilitating ongoing communication.• Use data and customer interaction to help define new product requirements and ensure client centricity throughout the product pipeline.• Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder management inclusive of direct client support.

Requirements:• Relevant undergraduate degree.• At least 3-5 years work experience in Exchange and/or a Data business.• Experience in data analytics packages such as Tableau or Databricks.• Experience working on or with product teams is desired.• Proficiency in JIRA.• Strong analysis and research capabilities.• Experience in a client facing role is desired.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
