Key Areas of Responsibilities Distribute primary bond deals and bring secondary client flows to Credit Market Making desk.
Compile weekly primary bond distribution report for FICC management.
Client coverage support shadowed by senior sales eg ticketing, market commentaries, account maintenance Develop account relationships for distribution of FICC products.
Cross sell products from other desks.
Back up other team members on the flow sales desk.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or a related field.
Attained all required regulatory qualifications to carry out necessary client service activities.2-3 years of experience in fixed income products preferred.
Good potential to build up relationships with offshore and onshore FICC accounts - real money, banks and corporates.
Team player, good personality and motivation.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
