You will be involved in content drafting, sending invitations and feedback surveys, all aimed at delivering exceptional service to our members. Member Database Administration and Management: Strengthen our vibrant alumni and peer support network by handling administrative tasks such as service scheduling, data verification, event RSVPs, and maintaining up-to-date records. Your role will be critical to ensure the accuracy of our member data by updating and managing our member portal and database regularly. Programmes & Events Logistics Coordination: Support our team in organising a variety of programmes, peer events and workshops for our beneficiaries throughout the year, including our annual Inclusive Leadership Training Summer Camp. You will become part of our member's ecosystem to witness the growth for our members. Grow & Manage Care ER’s Member Pool: You will play a crucial role in assisting the team with outreach initiatives in campuses and educational institutions to recruit new members, expand our supportive community, and undertake other ad-hoc tasks. Job Requirements: We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-focused, and reliable team player to join our team. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders will be vital. This role will report to the Manager of the Member Engagement Team. Degree holders from all disciplines at local and international tertiary institutions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the Assistant title.1-3 years of experience in SEN or youth engagement projects/programs, event planning and execution, and/or CRM database management would be advantageous. Passion for disability inclusion with high levels of empathy and integrity: A willingness to collaborate with young adults with disabilities or SEN is a critical attribute for this role. Experience in charity work and volunteering is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude are essential for engaging Care ER members from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English is necessary for effective communication with our members. Openness and flexibility is key: Occasional work during non-office hours and weekends may be required to support member events and workshops, with compensation leaves provided to ensure exceptional member support.
