Tool and Platform Exploration: Identify, evaluate, and implement tools, platforms, and automation solutions to enhance development efficiency and improve BAU processes, including creating reusable templates. Digital Solution Development: Support the design and implementation of digital solutions to streamline data flows and reporting processes, contributing to Finance’s data-driven transformation. Business and Data Analysis: Conduct analyses for Finance initiatives, including upstream system changes, to ensure seamless integration and strategic alignment. Automation and Tooling: Use technical skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization to develop automation tools, enhancing project efficiency. Innovation Support: Contribute to the development and integration of innovative, data-driven solutions. Requirements4+ years of experience in business analysis and data science roles. A degree in Quantitative Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding and experience in banking businesses. Proven success in utilizing data-driven methodologies, quantitative/statistical techniques, or AI/Gen AI to deliver insights and solutions. Technical skills in SQL, Python, Qlik, Tableau; experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
