• Setting up, operating, editing, and processing lectures and events using a range of specialist AV hardware and software• Providing prompt troubleshooting and technical support to staff and teachers in the use of audio & visual equipment• Maintaining teaching facilities in good condition• Coordinating with contractors for repair and maintenance work and following up on progress• Sourcing equipment and software, if necessary• Assisting supervisor in handling ad hoc projects and operations-related matters• Working 9-hour shifts, 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday Job Requirements:• HKDSE/HKCEE or above with a Certificate in Media and/or Audio Visual Technology or equivalent• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Education sector• Possessing troubleshooting skills with technical knowledge in AV equipment support and installation preferably• Having a good understanding of basic media production operations, including filming, editing, soundtrack design, and image manipulation• Good PC knowledge and hardware troubleshooting skills• Fair English and fluent Cantonese
