Our client is one of the world's largest financial institutions, serving individual consumers and corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services. There are 3 openings with each focusing on a specific category, namely IT hardware; software; and non IT. Responsibilities Main point of contact for key supplier negotiations, contracts & supplier management. Coordinate, lead or support vendor negotiations, conduct cost analyses and be of expert competence in the preparation of tenders and contracts. Facilitate supplier strategies through analyzing industry/ market trends and business needs. Proactively identify emerging opportunities and translate into strategies and action plans. Provide oversight on Supplier Performance Management to Service Level Agreements and scorecard standards. Maintain accurate data reporting structures and metrics. Partner with technology and development teams to refine the existing applications to satisfy new service and business requirements. Qualifications & Experience Degree holder preferably a member of CIPS or ISM or holder of a master degree in business management. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience, ideally within the financial services industry. Contractual and sourcing experience needed, with experience of multiple sourcing categories advantageous. Knowledge of procurement systems. Participation in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. Business management or project management office background. Understanding and experience of deep analytics on large datasets. Communicates in a clear and straightforward manner with customers/clients at all levels of the organisation. High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
