At FRENCHIES, Bakery & Cafe we are looking for Baristas to join our team We serve great coffee and the best croissant in town@frenchiesbake As a Barista you will be expected to: Be able to prepare drinks efficiently and deliver exceptional and consistent customer service, especially when under pressure Serve consistently excellent coffees, with presentable latte art, and ensure all drinks are served are up to Frenchies standards Be able to extract a shot, and steam and split milk for different coffees Be passionate and knowledgeable about our bakery story & our products.
Communicate directly to clients about our coffees and continuously encourage repeat business and retail sales Packing & selling our croissants & bread Preparing online delivery orders in a fast pace environment.
Barista Salary will depend on experience15 AL2 days off per week.8h work + 1h lunch Shift depending on planning.
Early shift availability is mandatory.
