BIM modelling & coordination for foundation and ELS projects Hands-on experience in Revit / Navisworks preferred Expanding business with stable career path Job Description We are looking for a proactive BIM Engineer to support BIM modelling, coordination and digital construction works for foundation projects and tenders. The role focuses on accurate model production, clash checking, 4 D/visualisation support and assisting BIM Manager in project execution and digital workflow enhancement. Responsibilities Develop custom scripts (e.g., Dynamo) to automate BIM processes and enhance BIM modelling efficiency. Supervise draftsman & BIM modeller in 2 D drawing & 3 D model production Assist Engineers in clash detection and BIM coordination meetings. Assist BIM Team head in implementing BIM initiatives (automation, training, documentation, BEP, CDE)Conduct internal training to promote BIM adoption across the company. Requirements Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Civil, Structural, Building Services, or related discipline.2+ years, of experience in BIM experience in contractors or consultants (foundation/ELS experience preferred). Hands-on skills in Revit, Navisworks and Dynamo; experience in Auto CAD, Civil 3 D, Python or C# is an advantage. Familiar with clash detection, BIM coordination and 3 D detailing. Knowledge of foundation / ELS construction sequence, basic design principles and the ability to interpret structural/engineering drawings is an advantage. Independent, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about driving workflow improvements Good communication skills and willingness to learn new digital tools. Candidates not fully meeting the requirements may be considered for Assistant BIM Engineer.
