Responsibilities Formulate and implement sales and business development plans for the branch to achieve the assigned business targets Monitor the service standards of branch staff to ensure provision of premium customer service Enforce established internal operation/ procedures to mitigate operational and capable work force Enhance branch profitability by generating new sales revenue and improve cost efficiency Instill customer centric sales and services culture by providing training, coaching and motivation to branch sales Sound knowledge in retail banking business and operations as well as Banking Ordinance, Supervisory Policy Manuals any other guidelines or circulars issued by the HKMARequirements University degree in Business Administration or related discipline Minimum 5 years of Retail banking experience, in which 2 years at supervisory level Passed in the HKSI Licensing examinations Ability to work under pressure and high problem -solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.
