As part of a high‑energy, multinational marketing leadership team, you will report to the Department Head and work in a collaborative environment that values data‑driven insights and creative execution. You will mentor a high‑performing team to achieve collective commercial milestones.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing roadmaps, including TVC, digital media, OOH, and shopper marketing.
Lead the end‑to‑end New Product Development life cycle—from initial consumer insights and formula innovation to packaging design and go‑to‑market execution.
Manage A&P budgets, forecast sales, and hold full P&L accountability to drive market share and profitability.
Partner with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operational alignment and launch excellence.
Identify “white‑space” opportunities and localise global strategies to fit the unique consumer landscape of Hong Kong.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of brand management experience within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record in P&L management and leading marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and digital analytics.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
