Role Overview: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Brand Manager to manage and streamline brand strategy for diverse healthcare supplement products.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Execute annual brand plans across ATL, BTL, and Digital; manage end-to-end campaigns and store promotions.
Product Launches: Lead NPI (New Product Innovation) and packaging changes, including timeline tracking and artwork coordination.
Market Insights: Analyze sales data and competitor trends to translate consumer insights into actionable growth proposals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (Sales, Market Share, ROI) and lead regular reporting and budget management (PO/Invoices).
Digital & Content: Oversee content localization for social media, website, and CRM platforms in line with brand guidelines.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with agencies, sales, and trade marketing teams for seamless execution of events and trade shows.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in Brand/Trade Marketing; MNC, FMCG, or Healthcare background preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Digital Savvy: Proven experience in social media management and basic digital analytics.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Languages: Professional fluency in English and Chinese.
