Description

You will be a brand champion and storyteller working across a wide range of brand initiatives, and will be accountable for developing innovative marketing strategies and promotions to support all efforts in building brand awareness, brand positioning and channel development. You need to be a strategic thinker with strong passion for brand building who has a holistic understanding of digital platforms and technologies, and have wide-ranging knowledge of emerging digital technologies and big data trends. You will be responsible to create new value and a future-looking vision for the brands by enhancing their competitive position. You will be required to oversee and understand local market needs to drive digital marketing and CRM in strategies to local audience. You will also need to conduct market analysis, integrate consumer insights and analytics to develop a winning brand strategy. Responsibilities Define and lead innovative digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve corporate goal in Hong Kong & South China (Pearl River Delta project)Develop and implement marketing campaigns to build brand awareness from online to office approach and acquire new customers through various channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, KOL endorsement, video production, media planning, and website development (Hong Kong and South China)Analyze data, develop strategies & recommended solutions to leverage different sales / marketing gaps & business opportunities Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, operations, developer, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives Adhere to the brand’s marketing, branding, programming and security guidelines Responsible for A&P budget control, sales analysis and KPI management to deliver profitable top-line growth and to drive market share Requirements University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines10 + years relevant experience in brand management in cosmetic/ beauty industry or FMCGStrong in digital marketing with hands-on knowledge is a must Proven track record in designing and implementing digital marketing programs in Hong Kong High level knowledge of Hong Kong and China marketing channels and media buying strategy including outdoor, social media, KOL, SEM/SEO and group chat. KPI driven and able to work under tight timeline Alter to social listening and data analytics trend Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning Innovative, tenacious, self-driven and passionate Able to work independently and under pressure Fluency in both English and Cantonese is a MUSTWe offer 5 days work, medical benefit and competitive salary to the right candidate.
