Responsibilities Develop and drive creative briefs and direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills, being a good team player Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Passion in fintech, sensitive to new topics and enjoy a start-up working culture Self-driven, responsible, result-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese   Applicants who are not invited for an interview within the 8 weeks after submission of application may assume their applications unsuccessful.
