The Job: The incumbent is responsible for the site inspection of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works.
He / She is also required to prepare the relevant documents for site inspections of the BS / E&M services installations and to monitor the site work progress of the BS / E&M services installations.
Requirements: Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; and Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent; and At least ten (10) years relevant site experience including five (5) years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector work Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage: Occupation Safety and Health Management Course; Basic Accident Prevention Course; Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
