Luxury 5-Star Hotel in Hong Kong | Kowloon Shangri-La About the Role As a Building Technician (屋宇設備技術員), you will be maintaining and repairing all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Perform daily preventive and routine maintenance, including plaster, tile, marble, carpet repair, waterproofing, spalling, painting, and bathtub grouting.
Carry out repair and touch-up work for windows, baseboards, walls, and floors according to Hotel standards and safety requirements.
Respond to emergency repair requests under the supervision of the Foreman or Duty Engineer.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.執行日常預防性及例行維修工作,包括批盪、瓷磚、大理石、地毯修補、防水、剝落修復、油漆及浴缸填縫等按酒店標準及安全要求,進行窗框、踢腳線、牆身及地面的維修及補漆工作在主管或當值工程師的指示下,處理緊急維修要求執行其他由上級指派的工作About You Form 3 or equivalent; and completed relevant technical or vocational training.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Hotels with similar capacities.
Responsible and corporative team player.
Willingness to work in shifts.
