Responsibilities: Work as Business User side to manage project implementation and process optimization of various financial markets initiatives, especially for collateral system management.
Conduct feasibility study and/ or gap analysis.
Review and prepare project documents (including but not limited to user requirement document, design specification document, test plan, test case, test result, training materials), monitor project matter and status daily, to ensure all assigned tasks / projects are delivered with quality and on time.
Prepare test plan, test cases and conduct user acceptance test, to ensure all system functions and workflow can properly run according to business requirement identified related to the operation processes.
Assist bank's collateral management operation from system and data perspective, including trade STP (straight-through processing) implementation to collateral system, daily onboarding and data reporting.
Design, maintain and manage the collateral management infrastructure, including custody tri-party collateral management service.
Liaison with IT and cross functional departments to coordinate activities and resolves issues on cross divisional projects.
Work as a System Administrator to maintain user authorization operation for treasury systems in accordance with operating procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Finance, Information Systems or relevant disciplines.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking or financial industry.
Experience in Information Technology, OTC Derivatives or Collateral management functions will be an advantage Experience in Murex / Bloomberg MARS / Tri Resolve / Acadia IMEM or other collateral management systems will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Accurate, deliver results in good quality.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Good team player, matured, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
