Good understanding of various core insurance processes namely New business & policy setup, Policy Owned Services, Claims, Billing & Collection etc. Experience in Agile methodologies, with knowledge of project tracking software (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Redmine) and wireframing tools (e.g. Figma). Familiar with Insurance Reference Architecture such as ACCORD. Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills. Proficient in English and Cantonese.
