Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.

Analyze existing digital processes for improvement opportunities.

Document business needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop detailed project documentation and work with IT to translate needs into technical specifications.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze data for business insights.

Monitor digital performance metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.

Experience working on customer facing applications (Web / Mobile) Strong analytical skills and effective communication.
