We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Banking Operations Transformation team. This role focuses on operational change, covering the full trade lifecycle across sales, trading, risk, operations, legal, compliance, and finance divisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of banking operations and financial products.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including plans, issues logs, requirements documents, test plans and scripts, and implementation strategies, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
Collaborate with Technology teams to design, develop, and implement technology platforms that meet business requirements.

Required Background:

Knowledge of traded products, trade lifecycle, and processing flows.
Strong Business Analysis skills.
Understanding of Banking Operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
