Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer experiences.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in financial services and technology, providing insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops to ideate and prototype innovative solutions that address customer needs and business challenges.

Support the development and execution of Proof of Concepts (POC) and pilot projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and evaluating outcomes for scalability.

Engage in proposition design and activation, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative financial services products and solutions to market.

Conduct buy vs.

build analysis to evaluate potential ventures, partnerships, and technology solutions, recommending optimal approaches for the organization.

Stay updated on the latest technologies, including Generative AI (Gen AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Data Analytics, and assess their potential impact on business processes and strategies.

Collaborate with venture labs and technology incubation teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications: 3-8 years of experience in financial services, digital strategy, or innovation roles.

Proven experience in tech incubation, strategic planning, proposition design/activation, POC development, and venture labs.

Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies such as Gen AI, RPA, and Data Analytics.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate design thinking workshops and drive creative problem-solving.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
