Job Responsibilities Identify business system requirements and implement enhancements or changes in electronic payment systems, including FPS, payment collection, remittance, etc., in response to industry or regulatory requirements, collaborating with business owners and end users. Act as the owner of electronic payment systems for retail banking. Work with users to identify system needs, produce specifications, and contribute to process reengineering aligned with strategic goals. Establish detailed acceptance test procedures, conduct joint testing, provide user training, and document procedures. Liaise with internal teams to develop effective solutions. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business analysis role, preferably in retail banking systems. Proficient in statistical tools, SQL, Access, and Excel. Experience in providing production support to business owners and end users. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions and manage successful relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
