Organize and lead essential meetings, documenting clear action items and ownership responsibilities.
Coordinate the development of new SOPs, process maps, and knowledge articles, ensuring they are aligned with system capabilities.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively while implementing mitigation strategies.
Serve as the communication hub between teams such as business configuration, operations, training, and HR.
Develop UAT strategies, coordinate testers, and oversee defect resolution processes.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; 7-10 years as a Business Analysis Manager preferred.
PMP certification is required.
Proven track record in project management, process reengineering, or business process improvement.
Consultancy / big 4 background is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus).
