Our client "ACT Solutions Limited" is seeking a Business Analyst to join their company What you'll be doing?System Implementation: Participate in end-to-end system implementation projects, providing expert consulting services to multinational customers.
Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business requirement analysis, ensuring client needs are fully understood and addressed.
Training and Process Design: Develop and deliver training programs, and design efficient processes to optimize system usage.
User Acceptance Testing: Lead UAT sessions, ensuring the system meets all requirements before go-live.
Go-live Support: Provide comprehensive support during the critical go-live phase, ensuring a smooth transition.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key users, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Who are they looking for?Educational Background: Graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business-related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Technical Experience: 2 years of experience in business application implementation is valued, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 being a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Self-starter: Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve project success.
