Job description: Overview This role supports the Technology Business Partner team by gathering user requirements, preparing documentation, and conducting testing for system enhancements and new initiatives.
The position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives.
Support daily technology operations and assist in resolving system or process issues.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.
Coordinate and perform Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new initiatives and system enhancements.
Participate in project meetings, provide analysis updates, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare documentation, reports, and system workflows to support business users and IT teams.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between business and technical stakeholders.
Agile and adaptable to changing environments.
