We are seeking a dynamic individual who can leverage business data to drive insights that enhance our business model, boost sales growth, and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze business data to identify trends and insights that guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business intelligence goals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making data-informed adjustments as necessary based on performance metrics. Support data-driven initiatives across departments, promoting the use of business intelligence tools. Present, enhance findings, and make recommendations to senior management and stakeholders utilizing data visualization tools. Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and data mining, to support decision-making processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent major; fresh graduates are welcome.1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in fast-paced start-ups or fintech. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet formulas, with strong analytical skills to convert data insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Postgre SQL, RDBMS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
