Responsibilities
Work closely with internal departments to conduct user requirements. Gather and analyze business requirements.
Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals.
Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test plan.
Design specifications and manual for workflows improvement.
Translate requirements into technical specifications and functional documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of proven experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
